Data deletion instructions

1. Your right to deletion

We respect your right to control your personal information. You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you, free of charge.

2. AI agents and Meta channels

Where your enquiry or conversation took place with one of our automated agents on Meta channels, including WhatsApp:

• The conversation content and identifiers stored by us are deleted on request.
• The phone number and message identifiers are deleted or anonymised.
• Deletion is also carried out with infrastructure providers that process the data on our behalf.

3. What data we hold

Information that may be stored in our systems:

• Form enquiry details: name, phone, business name, industry, message content and preferred language.
• A record of the consent given in the form, including its wording and the time it was given.
• Conversation metadata: timestamps, message identifiers and the channel used.
• Accounting records for paying clients, as required by law.

4. How to submit a deletion request

• Step 1 - Send a request through the contact form on this site and state in the message that it is a data deletion request.
• Step 2 - Include the details you used with us: your name and the phone number or channel through which we were in contact.
• Step 3 - We carry out a basic identity check to prevent someone else requesting deletion of your data.
• Step 4 - We handle the request within 30 days. In complex cases we will let you know about an extension.
• Step 5 - We confirm in writing what was deleted and when.

5. Exceptions to full deletion

In the following cases we cannot delete part of the information:

• Accounting and billing documents subject to statutory retention.
• Information required for legal proceedings or requested by a competent authority.
• Aggregated, anonymised information that cannot identify an individual.

6. Removing access on Meta channels

If you contacted us through WhatsApp, you can also stop the conversation and block it directly in the app. Contacting us in addition ensures deletion of the information stored in our systems.
