We study the business before we build it a system.

GOLUP was founded by Daniel Malakov out of close work with business owners. In almost every business the same picture repeated itself: there was no shortage of work - there was a shortage of process. Leads waiting, reminders typed by hand, and information sitting in several places that don't talk to each other.

That's why we don't start with a system. We start with discovery: learning how the business runs today, mapping the processes and identifying where time, customers and money are lost.

Only then do we build. Sometimes that means configuring START GOLUP for a service business, sometimes SEDER for events and production, and sometimes dedicated development and integrations around the tools the business already uses.
