Terms of Use

1. General

Use of the GOLUP website and of the services we provide is subject to the terms set out in this document. Using the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the site and the services.

2. Definitions

• "Services" - business process mapping, automation, integrations, system implementation and custom development.
• "User" - any person or entity browsing the site or receiving services from GOLUP.
• "AI outputs" - content generated by artificial intelligence models as part of the service.

3. Use of the services

The user undertakes to use GOLUP services in accordance with all applicable law, and not for unlawful, abusive, infringing or privacy-violating purposes. The services may not be used to build systems intended for deception, impersonation or the distribution of false information.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the site, the code, the design, the content and the trademarks - including the names GOLUP, START GOLUP and SEDER - belong to GOLUP. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without written permission.

5. AI outputs and responsibility

Some services include outputs generated by artificial intelligence models. Despite our efforts towards accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. It is the client's responsibility to review these outputs before relying on them for business use or material decisions.

6. AI agents and Meta platform policy (2026)

GOLUP implements AI agents and automations in communication channels, including WhatsApp. We operate in line with platform policy and undertake that:

• Any automated agent we operate states at the start of the conversation that the reply is automated, and offers a hand-off to a human.
• We do not operate agents that impersonate a person, a public figure or an official account.
• WhatsApp work is carried out exclusively through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, in line with its messaging policy and the 24-hour window.
• Business-initiated contact after a form submission takes place only under the consent given in the form and via an approved message template.
• We do not bypass consent or rate-limiting mechanisms, and we do not use unofficial interfaces.
• Personal data is processed in accordance with platform policy and applicable privacy law.

7. Payments

The scope of service and the fee are set in a dedicated quote for each client. Prices do not include VAT. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the service.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

GOLUP maintains the confidentiality of client information and does not share business data or customer records with third parties, other than infrastructure providers required to deliver the service and under data processing agreements.

9. Limitation of liability

The services are provided as is. GOLUP is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data, except in cases of gross negligence. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the event.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach the engagement ends immediately. After termination, data deletion can be requested as described on the data deletion page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
